Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an in-depth eight week curriculum of mindfulness practices led by Susan Taplin Curtis in Missoula, Montana.
Winter Course 2018
Orientation Session: January 7th, 2018 2–3:30pm
Attendance at orientation or a discussion with Susan is required to take the class.
Contact Susan if you are interested in taking the course but can’t attend the orientation.
Class Times: All classes will be held on Sundays from 2–4:30 pm

Feb: 4th: class 3
Feb 11th: class 4 (alternate location for this class only)
Feb 18th: class 5
Feb 25th: class 6
All day: March 3th (9am-4pm)
March 4th: class 7
March 11th: class 8
Location: The Open Way Mindfulness Center, 702 Brooks St, Missoula, MT
Fee includes 27 hours of guided instruction and discussion, access to recorded meditations for home practice, and course manual.
Class tuition is payable by check to Montana Mindfulness Institute on or before class one.
