Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an in-depth, eight week exploration of mindfulness practices designed by Jon Kabat Zinn over 40years ago. MBSR is the gold standard in mindfulness training, and is the single-most scientifically researched mindfulness program in existence.
This program will help you:
Cultivate self awareness by deepening your connection with yourself and your life
Train your attention and become aware of your own mind
Respond more skillfully to stress and difficulty
Soften and discard limiting beliefs
Change habitual patterns that are no longer useful
Gain greater access to joy and peace in the present moment
Free Orientation (zoom): October 16th 6-7:30pm (Mountain Time) Attendance at orientation is required. Reserve your spot here. If you can’t attend orientation but want to take the class, please contact Susan.
All Classes are via Zoom from 6:00-8:30pm (Mountain Time) on Sunday evenings. Registration for the full course and payment will occur after Orientation.

Class Six: November 27th
Retreat Day: Saturday December 3rd (9:30am-4pm)
Class Seven: December 4th
Class Eight: December 11th
The cost of the course is $300 for 27 instructional hours.
