Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an in-depth eight week curriculum of mindfulness practices led by Susan Taplin Curtis in Missoula, Montana.

Winter Course

Orientation Session: January 15th 2–3:30pm
Attendance at orientation or a discussion with Susan is required to take the class.
Contact Susan if you are interested in taking the course but can’t attend the orientation.

Class Times: All classes will be held on Sundays from 2–4:30pm

Jan 22: class 1
Jan 29: class 2
Feb: 5th: class 3
Feb 12th: class 4
Feb 19th: class 5 (alternate location will be announced for this class only)
Feb 26th: class 6
All day: March 4th (9am-4pm)
March 5th: class 7
March 12th: class 8

Location: The Open Way Mindfulness Center, 702 Brooks St, Missoula, MT

Cost: $250
Fee includes 27 hours of guided instruction and discussion, access to recorded meditations for home practice, and course manual.
Class tuition is payable by check to Montana Mindfulness Institute on or before class one.
