Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) is an in-depth eight week curriculum of mindfulness practices led by Susan Taplin Curtis MD in Missoula, Montana. Susan is a certified MBSR instructor through the Center for Mindfulness, CFM at the University of Massachusetts.
